Included for each guest: trail pass for 1,000 acres, use of outdoor arena, sand volleyball court, picnic pavilion, fire pit.
Fully equiped kitchen, fireplace, (3) full baths, (1) ¼ Bath, (4) themed bedrooms, saloon with pool table, foosball, dartboard, jukebox, and bar with saddle stools (alcohol not provided), patio furniture, grill and a beautiful view!

Outdoor paddocks included with rental, limit one horse per stall.
Indoor horse stalls available for $35 per night, limit one horse per stall.

Fully Refundable Damage Deposit of $500 returned less any damages within 14 days of departure
50% of total payment required to hold dates. Full reservation amount is due two weeks prior to arrival.
Rates and/or minimum stay requirements may vary for special event weekends.
Cancellation Policy
60 Days or greater prior to reserved date: Full Refund.
Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are non-refundable. No smoking in the house. No pets or dogs in the house. $250 fine if either policy is not followed. No ATV's, snowmobiles, or motorized vehicles are allowed on the trails.
