Enjoy preparing a home cooked meal using our fully equipped kitchen. Then sit down at our dining room with seating for eight. Watch a classic movie or sporting event on our cable TV with DVD player in our living room. A seperate four season porch has plenty of room for games, hobbies, and socializing with the outdoors over every shoulder. Our three bedrooms and 2 full baths are located on both levels of the house and accommodate 8-10 people. The exterior hold a large deck with grill and seating as well as a fully stocked fire pit. During the winter, the large hill hosts plenty of sledding, while the flat fields entertain cross country skiing and snow shoes. The Pioneer House is a perfect gettaway for a private getaway with friends and family.

A fully refundable damage deposit of $250 is included with each rental and returned less any damages within 14 days of departure.
50% down payment is required to hold dates. Full reservation total is due 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancelation Policy
60 Days or greater prior to reserved date: Full Refund.
Under 60 Days: No refund unless re-rented. Refund based on re-rented price difference if applicable.
