Come out to Big Valley Ranch and enjoy our 50+ miles of trails at your own pace and schedule. We will be open for arrivals beginning on Thursday, July 29th through Sunday, August 1st. Overnight accommodations are required. You are welcome to come out and camp anytime between those dates (arriving on or after the 29th and departing anytime on or before the 1st).
In the Event Big Valley Ranch decides to cancel the open ride weekend, the rain date would be set for the following weekend or you can scheudle for a different open ride weekend. No refunds will be given for open weekends. House rentals will not be refunded and not moved to the following weekend.
Our available accommodations include:
Weekend Trail Passes = $10
Bundle Of Firewood = $10 per bundle
Outdoor Paddocks (1 horse/paddock) = $10 per night per stall
Indoor Paddocks (up to 1 horse) = $35 per night per stall
Electric Camp Site = $30 per night per site (110v, 20 or 30 amp available)
Non-Electric Site = $20 per night per site
A shower and restroom are available for campers along with rented port-a-jons.
All guests must register and prepay before arrival. Full payment is due at time of registration. No day passes are available. We do not accept payments on-site. All participants must provide their own horse, submitt electronic Waiver and Release Form, and provide proof of Coggins prior to arrival. Proof of Coggins can be submitted electronically to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 608-256-2393. No refunds shall be issued. Payments can be made via check, payable to Big Valley Ranch, mailed to 505 University Ave. Madison, WI 53703 or via this website.
All accommodations are on a first come, first serve basis at time of registration. We will notify you immediately, if your requested accommodation is unavailable. Registration closes on Wednesday, July 28th.
